MeetingSift helps Patty make her SWOT analysis sessions more efficient and productive. Her participants can easily contribute their insights in parallel, via their own smart devices. This gives everyone an equal opportunity to be heard, while capturing the insight in their own words and speeding up knowledge sharing.
Patty uses MeetingSift’s Brainstorm activity to collect participants’ input for each of the SWOT categories: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results are visualized back to the group in real-time, highlighting trends and informing discussions. After gathering the input for a category, Patty uses MeetingSift’s Top Picks activity to have participants collectively identify the most important issues. These can then be analysed further using MeetingSift’s Quadrant activity.
Real-time result analysis and visualizations eliminates the need for her to schedule follow-up meetings, and enables the group to act on their findings sooner rather than later.
Once the meeting is over, MeetingSift automatically compiles the information gathered and the corresponding visualizations into a meeting report for Patty to share with decision makers and other stakeholders in her organization.
