The Event plan is a month to month subscription, giving you a minimum of 30 days access to MeetingSift from the day you pay. If you wish to discontinue use after your event, you can simply cancel your plan on your account page.
The audience can participate via their own smart phones, tablets, or computers, as long as their device is connected to the Internet.
When using their smartphones to participate, it is often easier if the participants just use their phone’s Internet plan to connect, rather than having to log into a local WiFi network first.
If you wish to offer participants WiFi access make sure the venue WiFi service has capacity to accommodate all of your participants connecting at the same time.
