Can I get training in how to use MeetingSift?
You will receive 1 hour of complimentary training if you sign up for our annual Business plan and our Event plan. No matter which plan you are on you can always get additional training for an hourly fee.
Is support included?
Email support is available for all subscription levels. Our Business and Enterprise subscriptions also come with phone support.
How do I make a payment or purchase?
You can buy your plan of choice online, using a credit card. If your company needs to process the payment via PO, or other arrangements — Please contact the MeetingSift Sales team and we will be happy to help.
Where can I get a receipt for my payment?
You can access your order history under the billing tab in your account or email finance@meetingsift.com with your request, and we will be happy to help.
What happens when my payment period ends?
To avoid interruption in your service your subscription will automatically renew at the end of billing cycle. If you want to cancel your plan you can do so at any time via your account page, and you will not be charged at the next billing cycle.
